McGuire Development Co. has acquired a medical office park with three buildings in Naples, Fla., in its second such purchase in that region as it seeks to broaden its reach.
The Buffalo-based real estate developer and management firm, which is a subsidiary of nursing home operator McGuire Group, bought Collier Health Park in North Naples, adjacent to NCH North Naples hospital.
McGuire owns properties throughout Western New York as well as in East Patchogue on Long Island and in Michigan, and has developed relationships with local hospitals in each case. It is currently redeveloping the former Sheehan Memorial Hospital into the Compass East office project in downtown Buffalo and has also completed projects for Erie County Medical Center, Omni Pain and Wellness Center and the Brain and Spine Center.
