Family-owned collection agencies Greystone Alliance LLC and Turning Point Capital have merged and are now operating under the name Greystone Alliance LLC.
Anthony Frisicaro founded Greystone Alliance, which has 50 employees, in 2009. Jack and Bob Manely founded Turning Point Capital, which has 15 employees, in 2010.
The new company plans to go beyond the “traditional debt recovery track” and expand into real estate, student loan and medical debt collections, Frisicaro said.
The company is planning to grow to 200 employees at its call center on Dodge Road in Amherst by the end of 2014. Frisicaro’s sons Daniel and Eric and Manley’s son Bob are vice presidents of the new company.
