The new parent of TVGA Consultants has chosen the first floor of Olympic Towers in Buffalo as its new home after “an extensive search” that involved “touring multiple buildings,” according to brokerage firm CBRE.
Atlanta-based KHEOPS Architecture, Engineering & Survey DPC, which acquired TVGA in November, has signed a lease to take over 9,000 square feet of office space at 300 Pearl St. in the historic former YMCA, which was built in 1902.
”Being accessible is important, and this location provides us a central presence to not only our downtown clients, but also those from outside the city,” said Regional Manager Edward Schiller. “We are proud to be part of the growth in Buffalo, and locating in a historic facility continues that commitment.”
CBRE handles leasing for the Olympic Towers, which is also undergoing extensive improvements, including a redesigned lobby and system upgrades.
“We’re extremely pleased to welcome KHEOPS to Olympic Towers,” said Bruce Korman, partner at New York-based Prime Asset Fund, which owns the building. “As an historic building, Olympic Towers makes a unique contribution to the downtown landscape.”
